This document sets out all legal terms, rights, and responsibilities that apply to your use of the noyabaji platform. Please read carefully before creating or using an account.
By using the noyabaji website and its associated services, you are giving your consent to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and noyabaji. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

Prohibited Persons
The following persons may not use the noyabaji platform:

- Anyone who has previously been banned for any reason.
- Anyone who has voluntarily chosen self-exclusion.
3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (by any payment method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
- You must provide accurate transaction details at the time of deposit.
- noyabaji will not be responsible for a failed deposit caused by incorrect information.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawal requests will be processed after verification.
- Withdrawals are not possible if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a method registered in your own name.
- noyabaji may request additional verification if needed.
General Payment Terms
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). noyabaji uses SSL encryption technology to keep all financial information secure. We apologise for any delays caused by technical issues or payment gateway failures; in such situations our customer service team will assist in resolving the problem.
If any suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected, noyabaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and freeze the associated funds.
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus Terms
New members at noyabaji will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to the use of this bonus:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim the bonus.
- The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times (example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,000; deposit ৳42,000 and receive ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳62,000).
- Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on the platform.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings after the wagering requirement has been met are eligible for withdrawal.
- If an account is closed after claiming a bonus without meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Multiple bonus claims from the same person, household, IP address, or device are not permitted.
VIP Program Terms
noyabaji's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rates applicable to each tier are as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Tier progression depends on the user's regular activity and consistency of play. VIP benefits are at noyabaji's sole discretion and may be changed at any time.
5 Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:
- Creating multiple accounts to gain bonus benefits.
- Using multiple devices or IP addresses for the purpose of bonus abuse.
- Registering using a third party's account or identity.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Attempting to deliberately manipulate game outcomes.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Coordinating with other users to gain any strategic advantage.
- Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
noyabaji's fraud detection system is active at all times. If any suspicious activity is detected, immediate action will be taken.
Account Closure and Disciplinary Action
If a user engages in prohibited activities or violates the terms and conditions, noyabaji may take the following steps:
- Temporarily or permanently close the account.
- Forfeit deposited funds or bonuses.
- Cancel all winnings obtained through fraudulent activity.
- Inform the relevant authorities for legal remedy.
